  1. First of all, we’ll show up in a 2-hour window we promise. When we make a commitment, we keep it. If we can’t, for whatever reason, we call well in advance to reschedule. We simply don’t want to keep our customers waiting around for us all day. We have too much respect for their time, and too much self respect to allow that to happen.

  3. We won’t do a thing until you approve an accurate, written estimate. And we keep your options straightforward and simple.
  4. We don’t make a big deal out of little problems. In fact, many times, our customers think they’re in for a much larger expense than it turns out to be.
